Jesus promised to prepare a place for us in heaven.
The Holy Spirit continues to guide us toward the glory of eternal life that we long to share with our Savior and His mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Praying the five decades of the rosary, we contemplate five Glorious Mysteries:
Resurrection of the Lord
By His life, death, and Resurrection, Jesus overcame the power of sin and death in the world.
Ascension into Heaven
After the resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven, having promised to prepare a place for us.
Coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost
God Remains with us always, although Jesus’ earthly life lasted only a short time in history.
Mary’s Assumption into Heaven
After her earthly life, God took Mary into Heaven, body and soul.
Crowning of Mary as Queen of Heaven
As mother of Jesus, our King and Savior, Mary is the Queen of Heaven.
